• the risks of artificial intelligence and the basics of digital ethics;
• the basics of the European regulation of artificial intelligence (EU AI Act);
• the establishment of a management system for artificial intelligence and the DPO’s role and responsibility;
• dealing with automated decision-making and profiling;
• e-communication, digital marketing, cookies, the internet of things, cloud computing and SaaS;
• dealing with IT risks and information security.
