Law & Management
5-day seminar at Executive Campus HSG, St.Gallen
Innovations, brands, and creative works are among a company’s most valuable assets and require proactive legal protection. At the same time, collaborations, marketing initiatives, and competition carry legal risks that can have significant financial and reputational consequences. This module teaches you the key fundamentals of intellectual property, antitrust, and competition law and shows how companies can strategically leverage their intellectual property rights. You will learn what is essential for protecting trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights, as well as the legal challenges posed by digitalization, artificial intelligence, and global supply chains. Other key areas of focus include structuring partnerships in a legally sound manner and understanding the legal boundaries of business conduct in the marketplace. You will learn to identify risks early on, capitalize on economic opportunities in a targeted manner, and make informed decisions regarding the protection and further development of your company.
The module is offered on-site. Subject to change.
