Law & Management
5-day seminar at Executive Campus HSG, St.Gallen
Contracts form the foundation of every business relationship and play a crucial role in safeguarding business interests. Unclear contract clauses, overlooked pitfalls in standard terms and conditions, or underestimated liability risks can have significant financial consequences. This module teaches you the most important legal principles covering the entire life cycle of a contract, from negotiation and drafting to termination. You will address typical challenges such as breaches of contract, liability issues, and the structuring of various types of contracts. In addition, you will learn how to respond appropriately when business relationships escalate, how to prepare for litigation, and how to collaborate effectively with legal professionals. You will learn to identify legal risks early on, use contracts as a tool for preventive risk management, and make well-informed decisions in the event of a dispute.
The module is offered on-site. Subject to change.
