Law & Management
5-day seminar at Executive Campus HSG, St.Gallen
Labour law and social insurance law constitute the core of every employment relationship – and this applies to both employers and employees. Which issues under labour law are important, how do occupational pension schemes work, and what options are there to protect themselves early on and appropriately? The module provides an overview of the relevant issues of an employment relationship and enables participants to deal with this legal issue, which is highly sensitive for both sides. It also tackles areas of social insurance law and special questions.
The module is offered on-site. Subject to change.
