The in-house B&K College programme at Bär & Karrer AG has been running since 2013 with the aim of providing young business lawyers not only with specific legal expertise, but also with training in business contexts and soft skills. With this broad training, we want to further improve the associates’ presentation to their clients. The program is now designed as a certificate program. After two years, successful participants receive a CAS from the University of St.Gallen in “Law and Management”. The credits earned will be credited to the “Executive MBA HSG” or “Executive Master Law & Management” for participants who wish to broaden and deepen their knowledge of corporate management.
