5-day seminar at Executive Campus HSG, St.Gallen
Negotiating with AI
What happens to the art of negotiation when one of the parties is supported by AI – or is even a machine itself? This two-day seminar explores the challenges and opportunities arising from this new reality.
Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work, make decisions and communicate. But what happens when we do not simply ask AI questions, but actually negotiate with it?
In this practice-oriented seminar, negotiation is explored in an entirely new context. You will engage in various negotiation scenarios with AI, test different strategies and experience their impact first-hand. Afterwards, you will receive personalised feedback from the AI on your negotiation strategy and gain insights into how your arguments, approach and reactions may influence the other party.
Particularly fascinating: AI will also provide an assessment of how your negotiation partner may have felt emotionally. This allows you to explore not only the outcomes of a negotiation, but also the underlying dynamics.
