5-day seminar at Executive Campus HSG, St.Gallen
Legal Operations
Once the vision, mission, strategy, and business model have been developed and defined, the next step is to implement them in practice. This is where the “Legal Operations” module comes into play. It addresses key elements that need to be considered for the successful transformation of an organisation (e.g. legal departments, law firms, or ALSPs). Topics such as organisation, sourcing/procurement, internal and external collaboration, technology and data, finance, performance measurement, quality management, and other relevant specialised tasks will be covered. This will be reinforced by guest speakers from the field. The module is aimed at legal departments, law firms, and other legal service providers.
The module is offered on-site. Subject to change.
This module is intended exclusively for lawyers. (Exceptions possible upon request).
