5-day seminar at Executive Campus HSG, St.Gallen
Business models, procurement and organisation
Once the strategy has been defined, it must be implemented. For this purpose, you will have to choose a suitable business model and set up the right organisation. Besides culture, a proper organisation, proper processes and systems are the most important configuration parameters in corporate development. The value creation chain for the provision of legal services will be made transparent and analysed, and its individual parts will be checked for their relevance. Subsequently, you will have to decide what you want to produce yourself and what you want to procure.
The module is offered hybrid (on-site and online). Subject to change.
This module is intended exclusively for lawyers.
