Accounting, Pricing and Finance
This module will make use of important controlling instruments to provide participants with the competence to make the essential developments and financial success factors in the environment of legal services visible and controllable. Participants will acquire the ability to read and interpret financial statements and balance sheets. The principles and methods of company valuation will also be addressed. Finally, this knowledge will be transferred to the legal service providers’ market, and their relevance to legal departments and law firms will be analysed. What turnover model is applied by legal firms, what compensation models are used by clients, and how can efficiency be improved?
The module is offered hybrid (on-site and online). Subject to change.

Fees
CHF 4,600
Course fees include materials, break refreshments and lunch. Participants must pay the additional costs for other meals, travel and accommodation.
