• the legal bases of data protection in Switzerland and the EU, as well as their territorial scope;
• sanctions and proceedings;
• knowledge of the definitions and principles of data protection law and, in particular, the lawfulness of processing personal data;
• the legal bases of Privacy by Design and by Default;
• the processing of personal data in employment and labour law.
