The Compliance Management (CM-HSG) programme is aimed at compliance officers, risk officers, crime risk managers, regulators, and internal and external auditors. It is also relevant for supervisory and management board members, financial executives as well as lawyers working in companies, public administration and law firms.

Establishing the Right Culture – and Minimising Risk

Compliance is a wide-ranging topic. Gone are the days when it was only the concern of financial service providers. Compliance has become increasingly important for industry, retail and service companies, as well as the public sector. This compact course gives participants a comprehensive overview of culture, organisational structure, management control, processes, incentives and other areas that are necessary to successfully address all types of risks and regulatory breaches. Participants gain insights into relevant aspects of law – including money laundering, corruption and proper competitive conduct. They also learn about the implementation and management tools underpinning a compliance programme.

Key Features of the CM-HSG Programme

You can complete the Compliance Management (CM-HSG) programme in three different levels or as an individual module. Your individual demands on executive training define the concrete scope.

You have the option to combine and expand the Compliance Management (CM-HSG) with other Law & Management courses. Depending on your wishes, you can upgrade to the Diploma of Advanced Studies Law & Management (DAS) or to the Executive Master Law & Management degree. An academic first degree is required for the Executive Master LM-HSG. Further information can be found here.

A good level of English is a requirement.

As a member of the Alumni Association Law & Management or a member of HSG Alumni as well as a member of one of our cooperation partners, you will receive a discount of ten percent (not cumulative).

The course costs include training materials, refreshments during breaks and lunch. Travel, accommodation and other catering costs are borne by the participants.
