Risk and Crisis Management
Why are customer orientation and customer focus relevant to legal departments, law firms and all the legal service providers? How can a service provider be consistently aligned with market and customer requirements? What specialities do legal service providers have to take into consideration? In this module, participants will learn how general conditions can be integrated into the design of their services. They will learn to convince clients of themselves and their services, to win them over – and satisfy existing customers permanently.
The module is offered hybrid (on-site and online). Subject to change.
