Women’s Perspective on Leadership and Career Growth

Obstacles on the career path and how to overcome them successfully; this was the focus of the Women's Event at the Executive School of HSG. In presentations by well-known female leaders, participants were given useful tips on how to achieve their personal goals.

About 60 female participants from the business world attended the Women’s Event hosted by the Executive School of HSG at WeSpace in Zurich on 26 June 2019. On panel the inspiring speakers and prominent female leaders Claudia Göldi (CEO and Founder of Shiru Advisors), Irina Leutwyler (CEO & Owner of Valcircle) and Luiza Dobre, (CEO & Founder of Komed Health) talked about obstacles in their career path and gave a personal insight.

The discussion, co-moderated by Prof. Dr. Karolin Frankenberger (Academic Director, Executive MBA HSG) and Patricia Widmer (Programme Head, Women Back to Business) explored the panelists’ enriching professional endeavours, challenges and advice for the fellow female leaders.
