Schafheitle

Dr. Simon Schafheitle is a post-doc at the Chair of Human Resource Management of Prof. Dr. Antoinette Wei-bel (FAA-HSG). He has been a lecturer in the CAS HSG Strategic Human Resource Management since 2016. His focus is on “People Analytics” as well as techniques of evidence-based management.

His research interests are in the areas of smart workplaces, new technologies in human resource management and leadership, digital mindsets, trust in and between organizations, employee engagement and motivation, and the evidence-based management tradition. In terms of research methodology, he is particularly attracted to creative research methods that have received little attention in management research to date.
