Only: how can risks be optimally detected, analysed, assessed and controlled? In this module, participants will analyse general risk considerations and examine the role of legal service providers as risk takers; they will be shown approaches to the implementation of an orderly risk process and how to deal with crises. The resulting insights will finally be applied to the daily business of legal departments and law firms.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The module is offered on-site.<span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0Subject to change<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>This module is intended exclusively for lawyers.
