5-day seminar at Executive Campus HSG, St.Gallen
Corporate Growth and Competition
In every transaction, the focus is on the question of funding. This ranges from a simple increase in capital to raising resources on the capital market. Companies have to understand how such moves are planned and conducted in a sensible manner.
A company’s market environment is also determined and limited by many legal requirements. Provisions and international aspects regulate the economy as a whole and individual industries and product markets in detail. People in charge of construction projects should also know what a construction project outside a building zone requires, how to deal with the remediation of contaminated sites and what immission protection really means.
Finally, unlawful price agreements and market delineations result in a distortion of competition. Awareness of the applicable legal limits can prevent considerable fines and reputational damage. In addition, participants in the module will be familiarised with the legal instruments for the protection of innovation and so-called intellectual property rights. The module aims to enable participants to reinforce their own position in competition and to manage the market more successfully.
The module is offered hybrid (on-site and online). Subject to change.
