Personality and Leadership
As a career progresses, personality traits become more and more important. They are the basis of a successful style of leadership – and a significant factor for authentic leadership behaviour in demanding situations. Participants in the module will actively deal with the issue of management and leadership. They will get acquainted with the central instruments required for the optimal leadership of a “team of stars”, i.e. highly qualified, self-confident and largely autonomous personalities – which is how lawyers like to be described.
The module is offered hybrid (on-site and online). Subject to change.

Fees
CHF 4,600
Course fees include materials, break refreshments and lunch. Participants must pay the additional costs for other meals, travel and accommodation.
