Negotiations on the Edge (12A + 12B)

On an almost daily basis, we are confronted with negotiation situations that are in danger of taking an unsatisfactory course due to stress or mood. In this module, participants equip themselves to deal with difficult negotiating scenarios. They learn how to avoid mistakes even when under pressure – and to remain effective and focused on their own negotiation objectives. The module highlights the importance of thorough preparation and target-oriented tactics in negotiations.
