This module provides a legal perspective on management programmes, IT execution and other relevant areas. Participants are equipped with relevant information and tools for specific situations and will learn effective ways of complying with data subject rights.

Fees
CHF 2,520
Course fees include materials, break refreshments and lunch. Participants must pay the additional costs for other meals, travel and accommodation.
Target Groups
Building on the first foundational module, the following modules delve deeper into the subject. The modules are aimed at employees in the private sector or public administration who wish to acquire practical, interdisciplinary, specialist knowledge in the area of data protection. In particular, the modules address DPO candidates, employees of compliance and legal departments, data protection practitioners, auditors, IT managers and specialists, information security officers, IT auditors and anyone else who works in the fields of law or technology. This includes those responsible for processing personal data and complying with data protection laws and regulations.
