5-day seminar at Executive Campus HSG, St.Gallen
Companies and Contract Partners
Contracts play a central part in every company. Legal laypeople often find the numerous clauses and contents difficult to understand. How is a contract structured, what clauses are important, and what liability exposure may result from them? Participants in the module will become acquainted with the fundamentals of contract law, learn to understand and analyse contracts, and will thus be able to secure a crucial advantage for themselves in contract negotiations.
You may be directly or indirectly involved in court or arbitration proceedings. In such cases, it is helpful if you are already aware of your rights and obligations. Only if you are, will you be able to assess competently what consequences a proceeding may have for you, whether or how you want to act and be involved, and how you can conduct the proceeding successfully. Furthermore, you will be able to instruct your lawyer effectively and efficiently, and you will be able to control matters in order to attain the goal you have set yourself while ensuring that the costs will not escalate.
The module is offered on-site. Subject to change.
