Communication and Presentation
Soft skills are becoming much more important. For lawyers, dealing with clients, customers and other business partners appropriately is an essential success factor. In this module, participants learn the key skills needed to improve their effectiveness when selling, presenting and negotiating. Building on their individual personality traits, they learn how to strengthen their performance while remaining authentic and principled.
