To offer you some assistance with these ever-growing challenges, I have developed a series of short videos<\/a> (approx. 3 minutes each and in English), I call them simply the \u201cB1 series\u201d because I explain, with only one slide, a topic addressing a legal management issue, the legal market or an issue concerning the operational management of a law firm or a legal department. Concisely, pithily and to the point.<\/p>\n These videos are for all lawyers and non-lawyers who are interested in learning more about the mechanisms, management topics and other areas related to the legal market (e.g., partners and associates of law firms, general counsel and in-house counsel of legal departments, alternative legal service providers, public administration, executives, managers, operations managers, CEOs and CFOs, legal procurement managers, etc.).<\/p>\n I will start with the first three videos in the first week and then continually produce new ones as we go along.
